– A bowl of chickpeas –
2 cucumbers (chopped) –
1/2 sliced onion –
8-10 pieces tomatoes –
1 tablespoon oil –
1/2 tablespoon salt –
1/4 tbsp red chilli powder –
1 cup boiled chickpeas
-1/2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped –
1/2 tablespoon ginger –
2 green chillies (finely chopped) –
1/2 tbsp roasted cumin –
1/4 tablespoon black salt –
2 tbsp lemon juice –
Plain salt (as per taste)
How to make Protein Salad Recipe:
To make protein salad, first boil chickpeas. –
When the chickpeas boil well, leave it in a vessel for a while to cool down.
Now cut tomato, cucumber, green coriander leaves and green chillies into small pieces and keep them on the chopper board.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on the gas. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add boiled chickpeas, salt and red chilli powder and fry for 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes, take it off the gas and keep it in a vessel. –
Now add chopped ginger, finely chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, and roasted chickpeas to the chopped salad and mix well. –
When all the ingredients are mixed well, add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt and lemon juice and mix well again. –
When all the ingredients are mixed well, add plain salt, oil and paper and mix it again.
Now keep the protein salad in a vessel and serve it. Believe me, this salad will help you a lot in reducing your weight.
