Ingredients yummy Pav bhaji
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1 cauliflower
1 bowl peas
1 capsicum (finely chopped)
2 onions (finely chopped)
8-10 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger (grated)
1 tomato (cut into pieces)
2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1-2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
How to Make Yummy Pav bhaji
First of all, cut potatoes, carrots and cauliflower into big pieces. – Put all the ingredients and water in a pressure cooker on medium flame and boil for 2-4 whistles
And turn off the flame. – Don’t be afraid of the vegetables becoming too soft because they have to be mashed. – Keep oil in a pan on medium flame to heat.
