Yummy Paneer Dahi Vada

Ingredients  Paneer Dahi Vada

 Paneer 200 grams

Boiled potatoes 2

  Arrowroot 2 tbsp

 Curd  4 cups

  Green chutney  1/2 cup

1/2 cup Sweet Chutney

  Cumin 2 tbsp

 Oil for frying

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Salt – as per taste

A pinch of asafoetida

Garlic and red chili paste

How to make Paneer Dahi Vada

To make Paneer Dahi Vada, first clean the cheese and potatoes in a big vessel and grate them. Then add some arrowroot flour to it. After this, add finely chopped green chillies and namak and mix it well and knead it. Now your curd vada mixture is ready. After this, heat oil in a pan on low flame.

Then take the vada mixture on the palm and spread it in a circular shape and then flatten it by applying slight pressure. Then put it in hot oil. Keep turning the vadas so that they do not burn.

When they turn golden brown, take them out in a plate. After this, add the prepared paste of garlic and red chilli in the whipped curd and mix it. Then add seasoning of cumin, garlic and asafoetida and add it to the curd. Add prepared vadas to the same curd and mix. After this, garnish it with chopped coriander and add sweet-sour chutney and serve.
