Ingredients to make Methi Paneer
Fenugreek – 2 cups
Paneer cut into squares – 1 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Tomatoes chopped – 2
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped – 5 cloves
Cashew nuts chopped – 15
Red chilli – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Green coriander chopped
2 – tbsp Oil
How To Make Methi Paneer Recipe
To make Methi Paneer, first take fenugreek and chop it finely. After this, take a pan and heat oil. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and temper it. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger to it and fry it on medium flame. When the color of onion turns golden brown, add chopped tomatoes, cashew nuts and salt as per taste and mix well.
When the tomatoes become soft and cooked well, turn off the gas. Now cool this mixture and grind it in the mixer. In this way the gravy for Methi Paneer vegetable is ready.
