Ingredients For Veg Moonglet Sandwich
Moong dal (soaked for 6 hours) –
1 bowl Bread slices –
6 Green chilli chopped –
3 Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Green coriander chopped – 1 tablespoon
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
butter Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How To Make Veg Moonglet Sandwich
To make Moong Dal Sandwich, first of all we have to prepare Moong Dal Fry. For this, take moong dal and soak it in water for at least 6 hours. After the stipulated time, put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on low flame.
When the oil becomes hot, add grated ginger and finely chopped green chillies and fry. After this, add soaked moong dal to it and fry it while stirring with the help of a ladle.
Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, a pinch of asafoetida to the dal and mix everything and fry the dal until its water dries up. After this, turn off the gas flame. Now take out the moong dal in a plate and add green coriander to it and mix.
Now take two slices of bread and spread the prepared moong dal mixture between them. Now close one slice with the other. After this, keep a nonstick pan/griddle on medium flame. After this, apply butter on both sides of the bread and keep it on the pan for baking.
