Ingredients For Aachri Paneer Recipe
Paneer– 250 grams
Tomato- 150 grams
Green chilli- 2-4
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Oil- 2-3 spoons
Cream- ½ cup
Green Coriander – 2-3 teaspoons finely chopped
Achari Paneer Spices

Achari Paneer Spices
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cumin – ½ tsp
Fennel – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida- 1 pinch
Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
Garam masala- ¼ teaspoon
Red chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon or as per taste
First of all, to prepare Achari Paneer Tadka, wash tomatoes, green chillies and ginger in a mixer and grind them in a jar.
Now heat a pan on gas, add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and roast it. Now cool these spices and put them in a mixer and grind them coarsely. Along with this, you can also grind fennel and whole coriander coarsely.
Put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida and then turmeric powder and coarsely roasted spices. Now add the paste made of tomato, green chilli and ginger to it and fry it well with spices.
Now cut the cheese into one inch pieces and add it. You can also make cuts in the paneer with a fork before adding it to the gravy, this will allow the flavor of the gravy to penetrate inside the paneer and make the paneer look more juicy.
Now add as much water as you want for thin gravy. If you wish, do not add water, dry pickled paneer also tastes delicious. After tasting it a little, add salt to it and then add garam masala and keep it covered for 1-2 minutes.
Your Achari Paneer is ready. You can eat it with hot roti or naan or aloo kulcha.
