Ingredients  Guava Vegetable Recipe-

Raw guava – 500 grams

Tomato-1 Oil- 1 ½ tbsp

Green chilli – 1 tsp

 finely chopped Ginger paste- 1/2 tsp

Sugar- 1 tsp

Turmeric powder- 1 tsp

Asafoetida –a pinch

 Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp

Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp

Green Coriander – 1/2 tbsp finely chopped

Cumin- 1/2 tsp

How To Make  Guava Vegetable Recipe-

First of all wash guava and tomato thoroughly. Cut guava and tomato into small pieces and keep them in separate plates. Remove the seeds from guava. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds crackle, add green chillies, ginger paste and asafoetida and fry for some time. Now add guava pieces, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well. After this add water to it

Let it cook well. When the guavas become soft, add chopped tomatoes and sugar and cook for 2 more minutes. After this, turn off the gas and add chopped coriander to the vegetable and serve it hot.
