Ingredients For Dahi Sandwich

 

Bread – 8 slices

Hung curd – 3/4 cup

Cabbage – 200 grams (finely chopped)

Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)

Carrot – 2 (grated)

Green Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Black pepper – 1/3 tsp (coarsely ground)

Ginger piece – 1/2 inch (grated)

Salt – 1/2 tsp

How To Make Dahi Sandwich

To make curd sandwiches, first prepare hung curd. For this, tie the curd in a cloth and hang it a little from the edge of a bowl so that the water gets squeezed out from the curd and comes into the vessel and we will get thick hung curd in the bundle.

Prepare stuffing for sandwiches by mixing vegetables and spices in hung curd. To make the stuffing, add curd, chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green coriander, crushed black pepper, ginger and salt in a bowl and mix everything until it gets mixed well. Stuffing for sandwich is ready.
