Delicious Malai Kofta
Although koftas can be made in many ways, malai kofta is a rich dish made with potatoes and cheese. You can try this dish at a dinner party.

Ingredients Delicious Malai Kofta
4 large potatoes, boiled
250 grams paneer
50 grams refined flour
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
3 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 tomatoes
200 ml malai or cream
2 tablespoons raisins and cashews,large
50 grams cashew paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen King masala
1large tablespoon kasuri methi,
Salt
1 tablespoon sugar
How To make the kofta
1.Leave the boiled potatoes in the refrigerator for four to six hours.
2. Doing this will make it easier to make koftas.
3. Now mash the potatoes, paneer and flour.
4. The mixture should neither be too soft nor too hard.
