 1/2 liters milk

To taste A few strands of saffron

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

2 slices of almonds and pistachios

How To Make Delicious Rabdi Recipe

Pour milk into a pan and bring it to a boil. Stir continuously over low heat, then add the sugar.

2 Keep removing the cream with a ladle and set it aside. Continue cooking the milk. Add saffron and cardamom powder.

3 When the rabri thickens, turn off the heat.

4 Pour the rabri into a bowl, add chopped pistachios and almonds, and serve.

5 The delicious, creamy rabri is ready.
