Jackfruit vegetable is eaten in summer, it tastes very tasty. It can be made both dry and gravy. Raw jackfruit curry is made in a very simple way.

500 grams jackfruit
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cumin
1 onion, grated
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 cup tomato, grated
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
2-3 green chillies cut lengthwise
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
How To Make Kathal ki Sabzi Recipe-
Apply oil thoroughly on your hands. While cutting jackfruit, apply oil to your hands, you may need to apply oil in between. Otherwise your hands may become itchy and sticky. Peel the jackfruit and cut it into circles of desired thickness. Now cut these round pieces into pieces and remove the stem from the middle, do this before cutting these pieces into small pieces. Don’t wash it
Heat oil and fry these pieces on high flame, after they become light brown, take them out and keep them aside. Add cumin seeds in this oil. When cumin starts crackling, add onion, garlic and ginger to it. Fry until it turns brown, add tomatoes to it and fry until the oil separates. Add coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala and mix well.
Now add green chillies and jackfruit into it, stir for a while before adding a cup of water. Let it boil and reduce the flame and let the vegetables cook completely.
