Ingredients For Mohanthal Recipe-

For Binding

Gram flour – 2 cups

 (250 grams)  Hot milk

 3 tbsp Ghee –

3 tbsp For Preparing mixture Ghee –

180 grams Milk –

1/2 cup (6 tbsp) For Sugar Syrup Sugar

– 1 cup Water –

1 cup Saffron – 2 pinch Cardamom powder

– 1/2 tsp

Instructions Mohanthal Recipe-

To make Mohanthal, first, take a big vessel and put 250 grams of gram flour in it. Now take 3 tbsp hot milk in a bowl and add 3 tbsp ghee to it and mix it well. Now slowly add ghee and milk and ghee mixture to the gram flour and mix well. Now cover the mixture and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Now take a bowl and keep a sieve on it

Now sieve the gram flour mixture in a bowl with the help of a sieve. Now put a heavy-bottomed kadhai on low flame and melt 3/4 cup ghee in it. After the ghee melts, add gram flour to the pan and mix it well. Now while stirring continuously, cook the mixture on a medium flame for 20 minutes till it becomes golden and fragrant. After 20 minutes add 1/2 cup of milk little by little and mix well. When the mixture turns golden, then turn off the gas and keep stirring continuously for 5 minutes until the pan

cools down a bit.

Now keep this mixture aside and let it cool down. Now we will prepare sugar syrup and for this put a pan on the gas and put 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in it. Now melt it on medium flame and boil it and prepare the half-string syrup. After the syrup comes to a boil, add two pinches of saffron, and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and mix it well. After the syrup is cooked well, switch off the gas.

Now add hot sugar syrup little by little to the gram flour mixture and mix well and keep stirring continuously. Now take a plate and grease it with oil. Now take out the prepared Mohan Thal Mix on a plate. Now garnish it with chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios. Now your Mohanthal is completely ready, and you can enjoy it
