Ingredients to make Moong Dal Kachori-

Flour – 1 cup Moong Dal

half cup Asafoetida -1 pinch

Green chili – 1/4 tsp ground

Garam masala powder –

1/4 tsp Dry mango powder –

2 tsp Refined oil –

1 cup Ghee –

2 tbsp Cumin –

1/2 tsp Ginger –

1/4 tsp grated Coriander powder –

1/4 tsp Red chili powder –

1/2 tsp Gram flour –

1 tbsp salt – as per taste

how to make moong dal kachori-

First of all, mix flour, gram flour, and ghee in a vessel wall. Then add salt and little water to it and knead it well. After this, make small balls of this flour and keep them separately. Now heat a pan on low flame and add oil to it. After this, crackle asafetida and cumin in this oil for 30 seconds. Then add moong dal and cook for one more minute. Now add green chilies, ginger paste, garam masala powder, gram flour,

Add red chili powder, dried mango powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix all these things well and then let it cook for a few minutes. Now roll out the dough into small or medium sizes and fill this filling in it. Put the filling in the center and fold it well in such a way that the masala does not come out.

After this, heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Then put the kachoris in it and fry them well till they turn golden brown. Then serve it by adding green chutney, tamarind chutney, red chili powder, onion, cumin powder, and coriander leaves.
