Palak Soup Recipe:
Ingredients for Palak Soup
Spinach – 250 grams (one small bunch)
Tomato – 2 (medium sized)
Ginger – 1/2 inch long piece
Plain salt – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4th teaspoon Lemon
– 1/2 Butter-1-2 tbsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – 1 tablespoon finely chopped
How to make Palak ka Soup
Clean the spinach by removing the stalks, dip the spinach leaves in water twice and wash them thoroughly. Wash the tomatoes also, peel the ginger and wash it. Cut the spinach and keep it in a vessel. After this, cut tomato and ginger into 4 to 5 pieces. Put these in the same vessel with spinach.
