Ingredients Paneer Puff
200 grams wheat flour
2 spoons ghee a pinch of celery
salt as per taste
Ingredients for Stuffing:
100 grams grated or mashed paneer
finely chopped coriander
1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
Chaat masala and salt as per taste
How to Make Paneer Puff
Put all the ingredients used for stuffing in a bowl. Mix them well and keep them in a vessel. Now knead the dough. Make a medium sized ball of dough and roll it lightly. Then add the mixture prepared for stuffing into it. After pouring the mixture, seal the edges with the help of water.
You can also make designs on the edges with the help of a fork. Now heat oil in a pan and fry it. Instead of frying, you can also bake it in the oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes. Now serve it with any spicy chutney or tomato sauce.
