Ingredients Soyabean Kabab recipe
1 cup soybean paste
3-4 green chillies
1 inch piece of ginger
1 finely chopped onion
3 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp red chilli powder
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp corn flour
salt as per taste
oil for frying
How to Make Soyabean Kabab recipe
First of all, soak the soybean sprouts in lukewarm water for half an hour. After half an hour, press it with your hands and remove all the water. Now put these soya chunks in a mixer jar, add green chillies and ginger to it and grind everything well. Keep in mind that while grinding them do not use water at all.
