Ingredients Soyabean Kabab recipe

1 cup soybean paste

3-4 green chillies

1 inch piece of ginger

1 finely chopped onion

3 tbsp chopped coriander

1 tsp red chilli powder

Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

4 tbsp corn flour

salt as per taste

oil for frying 

How to Make Soyabean Kabab recipe

First of all, soak the soybean sprouts in lukewarm water for half an hour. After half an hour, press it with your hands and remove all the water. Now put these soya chunks in a mixer jar, add green chillies and ginger to it and grind everything well. Keep in mind that while grinding them do not use water at all.

Now take out these ground soya chunks in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, garam masala, green coriander and corn flour and mix everything well.

Now take a little mixture in your hand and press it to make a laddu like shape. Press it with your hand and prepare it in a cylindrical shape. Similarly, prepare all the kebabs. Now put a toothpick in the middle and give them the shape of kebab. Now in a pan. Heat the oil. When the oil becomes hot, fry the kebabs in it until they get a good color from both the sides. Prepare all the kebabs in the same manner.

Very tasty Soybean Veg Kebab is ready, serve it with chutney of your choice, everyone will like it.
