How to Make Yummy Paneer Pakoda
Take gram flour in a vessel, add red chilli, coriander powder, one tablespoon oil and salt, add water and make a thick, smooth batter. Keep the solution for half an hour. Cut the paneer into 1 1/2 inch long and 1 1/2 wide squares, 1/2 inch thick. Divide one piece into two parts based on its thickness. Apply a little masala (chaat as per taste) in the middle of each, close it and keep it in a plate. To fry the pakodas, put oil in the pan and heat it.
Beat the gram flour mixture well. Take a square spiced piece of paneer, wrap it in gram flour and put it in the pan. After the pakora is lightly cooked, turn it with a ladle. Similarly, wrap the second square piece of paneer in gram flour and fry on medium flame. Put 2-3 pakodas at a time in the pan and fry them. After it turns dark brown, take it out from the pan and keep it in a plate. Prepare all the Pakoras in the same manner.
Paneer Pakodas are ready. Serve hot pakoras with coriander or tomato chutney or tomato sauce and eat.
