Paneer Stuffed Green Pea Paratha
Ingredients Paneer Stuffed Green Pea Paratha
1/2 cup green peas,
make paste
1 cup paneer ,chopped
1 inch ginger ,chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp
red chilli powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
for flour
1 cup wheat flour
salt to taste
Oil, as per usage
Water, lukewarm,
for kneading the dough
How To Make Paneer Stuffed Green Pea Paratha
To make paratha dough: Now add wheat flour, salt, oil in a bowl and mix. Add water little by little and knead the dough. Cover and keep aside.
To make the masala:
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds in it and cook for a few seconds. Now add ginger, green peas and cook till half cooked.
Now add cheese, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt. Mix everything well and keep aside. Let it cool. Now take a small piece of dough and roll it into a round. Place the Paneer Peas Masala mixture in the middle and close it from all sides. Now coat it with dry flour.
Roll again. Roll only thickly otherwise the masala may come out. Make all the parathas like this. Heat a pan. Put paratha on it and apply ghee on top. Cook until golden brown on both sides and turn off the gas. Serve Paneer and Green Peas Paratha Recipe with Coriander Mint Chutney and Tadka Raita for evening snack.
