Ingredient Mushroom Soup Recipe

Mushroom – 200 grams

Butter – 2 tbsp

Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon

Onion finely chopped –

1 Garlic cloves – 3-4

Crushed black pepper – 1/4 tsp

Corn flour – 1 tablespoon

Lemon – 1

Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

How To Make Mushroom Soup Recipe:

To make mushroom soup, first take the mushrooms, wash them, wipe them and cut them into small pieces. After this, chop onion and garlic into fine pieces. Now put butter in a pan and keep it to heat.

When the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry. Fry them until the color of onion turns pink. After this, add chopped mushrooms to the mixture and mix. Now add black pepper and salt as per taste and mix everything with a ladle.

Now let the mushrooms cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring the mushrooms with a ladle in between. Cook the mushrooms until they become soft. If you want, you can cook mushrooms by covering the pan. the mushrooms have to be cooked until

Until the water coming out of it dries completely. Once the mushrooms are cooked, leave one-fourth part of it in the pan and grind the remaining part with the help of a mixer. Also use some water while grinding.

Now put the ground mushrooms back in the pan and add 2 cups of water to this mixture. Now let the mushroom soup boil. Meanwhile, prepare corn flour solution and add it to the soup. After this, let the soup boil for 3-4 more minutes

Then add cream to the soup and turn off the gas. Now add lemon juice and finely chopped green coriander leaves to the soup and garnish it. Your taste and nutritional mushroom soup is ready.
