Bread pieces – 6

Boiled potatoes – 6

Flour – 1/4 cup

 Finely chopped cabbage – 1/2 cup

Capsicum finely chopped – 1

Cauliflower finely chopped – 1

Grated carrot – 1

Green chilli chopped – 2

Grated ginger – 1 inch piece

Green coriander chopped – 1/2 cup

Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp

Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp

Garam masala – 1/4 tsp

Coriander powder – 1

Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp

Salt – as per taste Oil

How To Make Veg Cutlet Recipe

To make veg cutlets, first take bread and grind it in a mixer to a fine paste. Now keep it aside. Now take a bowl and add flour and half a cup of water to it and prepare a thin paste. Add black pepper and salt as per taste to the flour paste.

Now peel the potatoes and mash them well in a separate bowl. Now add all the chopped vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, cauliflower, carrot and mix well. Now add green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala to this mixture and mash it well.

Finally, prepare the base by mixing half the ground bread powder in this mixture.

Now take small amounts of this mixture in your hands and prepare cutlets of your desired shape (round or oval). In this way, prepare cutlets of the entire mixture one by one. Now dip these cutlets one by one in the flour paste prepared earlier and then wrap them in the remaining bread crumbs and keep them in a separate plate.

Now take a pan and heat oil in it. When the oil is well heated, put 3-4 cutlets in it at a time and fry well. Fry the cutlets until they turn brown on both sides. Now put a napkin in a plate and keep the fried cutlets in it.

Fry all the cutlets using this method. Your delicious crusty veg cutlets are ready. Serve them with chutney, tomato sauce or curd. These can also be served with tea or coffee in the evening.
