Ingredients Sabudana Cutlet Recipe

2 cup sago

4 boiled potatoes

1/2 cup peanuts

1 green chilli chopped

1 teaspoon ginger

salt as per taste

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Coriander leaves as required 

How To Make Sabudana Cutlet Recipe

To make sago cutlets, soak sago overnight in a bowl, add sago, peanut powder, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, all the above. Prepare dough by mixing spices and make a round shape.

Shape the sabudana balls into cutlets. Prepare all the cutlets in the same manner and keep them in a plate.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets in the oil until golden brown.

Sabudana cutlets are ready, take out the cutlets on tissue paper.

Put the sago cutlets in a plate and serve with coriander mint chutney.
